Jason’s top advice is simple: know what to look for.

That means:

• Checking mattresses and furniture regularly;
  
• Watching for gaps under doors;
  
• Sealing cracks and entry points; and
  
• Responding quickly to guest concerns.

Catching a small issue early is always easier than dealing with a major one later.
